The Hollywood Tourist District

Woodinville's Hollywood Tourist District is aptly named on the iconic schoolhouse built in 1912.  Today it hosts tasting rooms, bistros and private gatherings. The  meandering Sammamish River was dredged and straightened to improve agriculture. Sporting opportunities emerged over the years bringing attention from Seattle and beyond.

Tenhulzen Reserve

Tenhulzen Reserve resides on a 1.5 acre parcel that was once a tractor repair shop. The iconic pink tractor is a landmark for locals dating back to when it was custom painted by the Ford Tractor Company for the prior land owner.

The Hollywood Manor is modeled after a turn-of-the-century farmhouse within a stone's throw of the original Hollywood Schoolhouse, which is the namesake for the Hollywood Tourist District. Dozens of wine tasting rooms, restaurants and boutiques are within walking distance.

About Your Hosts

Michael and Traci Tenhulzen have lived and worked in the Sammamish Valley since 2003.  They own and operate a design/build residential remodeling company servicing the local area.  Celebrating their 20th wedding anniversary in 2023, they have a son who attends high school and a black lab named Isabelle.

Hollywood Manor at Tenhulzen Reserve was envisioned, planned and built by the Tenhulzens to provide a uniquely private and secure place for visitors from all over the world to enjoy the abundance of Woodinville.
