Our Policies at Hollywood Manor
Welcome to our Policies page. Here, you'll find important information regarding reservations, cancellations, check-in and check-out times, and other house rules. We've outlined these policies to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all our guests of Hollywood Manor at Tenhulzen Reserve. Please read them carefully to understand your responsibilities and our procedures. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to contact us.
All reservations for Hollywood Manor are placed through an online reservations system. Email reserve@tenhulzen.com for queries, special event request, unlisted additional features, or assistance with your stay.
MINIMUM AGE
Primary guest must be 25 year of age to complete reservation.
CONDUCT
In effort to maintain the condition of the structures and furnishings, guests are encouraged to conduct themselves in an appropriate manner.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
Check-in reception is offered from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Check-out is at 11:00 a.m.
Additional duration of stay may be available upon request.
DURATION OF STAY
We require a two-night stay minimum in low season, and three-night stay minimum in high season. Weekly and monthly rates may be negotiable.
DEPOSITS AND CANCELLATIONS
All reservations are subject to our deposit and cancellation policy. To confirm a reservation, a deposit totaling 50% of the room cost is required at the time of booking. Reservations cancelled prior to 30 days from the date of arrival will receive a refund minus a $150 cancellation fee. Within 30 days prior to arrival, the 50% deposit becomes nonrefundable. Full payment will automatically be charged to the credit card on file 15 days prior to arrival. Once final payment is processed it is non-refundable. Cancellations made within 15 days after final payment has been processed, will forfeit the full payment.
CHILDREN
Hollywood Manor is family-friendly, designed for adult accommodations. We can safely and comfortably accommodate ‘tweens’ and ‘teens’, but are not equipped for infants and toddlers.
DINING OPTIONS
Meal service is not included with standard reservations. Add on services available by request and availability. If your reservation does not already include a meal service option, you may call (425) 818-1441 to request one or more add-ons within 10 days of your stay. Cancellation policy applies to meal add-ons.
NO SMOKING POLICY
Tenhulzen Reserve is a strictly smoke-free property. If our smoking policy is not followed, additional cleaning fee(s) will be applied to the reservation.
